Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days from the date we confirm your payment, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which we confirm your payment. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision using the model withdrawal form below or any other unambiguous statement.

Custom goods exemption

Under Schedule 3, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not applyto goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised — which includes custom 3D-printed parts.

At checkout, you are given the option to waive your cancellation right. If you tick the waiver checkbox, we may begin production immediately and your cancellation right is lost from that point, except where goods are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.

If you did not tick the waiver, your 14-day right remains intact and you may cancel via your order panel within that window.

How to cancel

To cancel, either:

• Use the “Request cancellation” button in your order panel, or
• Send the model withdrawal form below by email to contact@3dlabsdoncaster.co.uk

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process any refund within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of our decision. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
